- 42-year-old Turkish female
Patient History
- She was referred to the dental clinic for pain right mandibular maxillary posterior region after meals
- She confirmed that pain overs, prober cleaning with a toothpick
- Her panoramic image revealed horizontal bone loss, between 18 and 17 numbered teeth, moreover well-defined mixed lesions were detected at the anterior mandible
- A periapical radiograph showed a well-defined mixed lesion with a smooth border related to 41 and 42 numbered teeth and a radiolucent lesion related to 32 numbered teeth
- The tooth was positive for the electric pulp test
- For detailed evaluation, CBCT imaging performed
