Subject

  •  42-year-old Turkish female

Patient History

  • She was referred to the dental clinic for pain right mandibular maxillary posterior region after meals
  • She confirmed that pain overs, prober cleaning with a toothpick
  • Her panoramic image revealed horizontal bone loss, between 18 and 17 numbered teeth, moreover well-defined mixed lesions were detected at the anterior mandible

  • A periapical radiograph showed a well-defined mixed lesion with a smooth border related to 41 and 42 numbered teeth and a radiolucent lesion related to 32 numbered teeth

  • The tooth was positive for the electric pulp test
  • For detailed evaluation, CBCT imaging performed
